Robyn Fieghen

About Robyn Fieghen

Robyn has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. She has been working directly with hotels and spas since 2008 when she started with SpaSoft as a Software Trainer. She spent her time travelling the world and working closely with customers to ensure the success of their SpaSoft installation projects. Robyn quickly developed a passion for consulting with customers and understanding their unique business operations and technology needs. She advanced into the role of Business Analyst, offering product and business expertise on key Springer-Miller Systems and SpaSoft development projects. In 2016, Robyn entered the world of Sales & Marketing as an Application Consultant, where she was able to further her passion for advocating solutions to solve trending business challenges. Robyn then became SpaSoft Product Manager in 2022 managing the development roadmap and vision for SpaSoft’s Next Generation cloud-based solution.  

Robyn was born, raised and still resides just outside Toronto. Outside of hospitality she loves dogs, DIY home projects, candle making and crafts, Thai food, travelling to new places, and enjoying time with friends over a good charcuterie board.
